- SHSantana “Ms. Coco” HarrisDec 26, 20231.0Did not receive my package today it said delivered but when I went to the mailbox to check it was not there I call the place the lady at the front desk said that the guy clocked out and went to another job after she told me he dropped my package at somebody else's house that he will pick it up tonight and bring it to me the lady said that he got confused with 330 and 345 how can you get that mixed up 330 with 345 if you can't read numbers you shouldn't be working in the post office

I'm filing a complaint when they open back up after the holidays. That document is important and you should have allowed us access to our federal mail.
