When they called in regards to the case, Dina was extremely rude and defensive. She accused me of having lost the key to the locker when I had not received it in the first place. After saying multiple times I never received a key she spoke to her supervisor. She then came back saying they were going to bring the packages to our door and replace the lock on the locker. This leads me to believe they had placed the key in the wrong mailbox like I had said in the first place. She never once apologized for the inconvenience or mistake.
