Please update your hours of operation on your website to show that you are closed from noon to 1 everyday. This might eliminate the confusion.

Worst part is that after a neighborhood of similar and constant complaints about this nobody has taken any initiative or actions to rectify this problem. I am literally losing money by having to pay for my customers canceled checks that never make it to my address.

One got on the postal workers case because his compensation check wasn't in his box yet. Another complained about her grandsons widget spinners being lost in the mail.
