One handicapped parking spot is not enough. As disabled Vet I can NEVER get a handicapped spot. Your facility is NOT ADA compliant. Please update your hours of operation on your website to show that you are closed from noon to 1 everyday. This might eliminate the confusion.

Worst postal service I have ever experienced. I get about 2/3 of the mail that is supposed to be delivered in the Nob hill area. Worst part is that after a neighborhood of similar and constant complaints about this nobody has taken any initiative or actions to rectify this problem. I am literally losing money by having to pay for my customers canceled checks that never make it to my address.

They do their job and deal with some of the rudest and most impatient people. I was behind 3 people. One got on the postal workers case because his compensation check wasn't in his box yet. Another complained about her grandsons widget spinners being lost in the mail. Called the poor guy a (explicit) head. Thanks for being customer service oriented and for your service.
