  My husband and I tried to send a package using a Staples drop-off for UPS packages back in July. The employee working that evening stuck our package in the “Amazon returns center” which means our package has now been LOST for nearly 6 months. This was never corrected. Against better judgment, we decided to try and send another package via UPS, but decided we would go into an actual UPS store. So we went into the location on West Sunset in Springdale, AR. A very nice young man helped us box up the package and told us it would be there by 12/26. Well, today is the 27th and I can’t even track it. When I try, all I can see is that UPS doesn’t even HAVE THE PACKAGE! How can they not have it when I was inside the UPS store? No one ever answers the phone at this location either. How and why does this continue to happen?

  Called about a package and received bad information from Ike. Called 3 days later and spoke to Dawn. She told me the information I received from Ike was bad and they don't have a customer service program. I would need to call the 1800 number and figure things out for myself. I received there local number from a different UPS location. Upon giving me the number I was told I would need to be persistent because they rarely answer the phone.

  The people here are very nice and capable. I’ve had excellent service and I’m so happy with them. I even brought them cookies to thank them for consistently good service-they go above and beyond.
