- JAJeremy AlexanderOct 9, 20251.0They close at 5 pm supposedly. I pulled up at 4:55 to find that they had already locked the doors and closed the curtains. After knocking on the door and getting no response, I yell out is anyone there? A lady yells back that they are closed. I say it is 4:57. She said they close by their computers time. Either she is lying or their comouter times need fixing. They certainly dont open their doors early, so I figured she's lying.

I was really frustrated when I realized that it was cheaper to mail out packages at the Kensett location - I feel like pricing should be the same everywhere. Additionally, they never put the tracking/postage tag on a package I mailed out and then refused to refund me because they said I "received the service I paid for." Unless you're just buying stamps, I would recommend driving out to the Kensett USPS or another nearby location.
- MLMs LyricApr 27, 20201.0As I sit here writing this review, I'm absolutely devastated by everything that has happened leading up to this.. I've been waiting for over a month for a letter from the IRS to arrive to my mom's po box, this letter would determine whether or not I get to receive the Pell Grant for my college education... We reopened her box specifically so we could receive this letter, due to the fact that the IRS automatically uses whatever address was last used when filing taxes... This post office reopened her box, accepted our payment, told us that they cancelled her forwarding request (which we found out later that they never did cancel it) We live 4+ hours away so they promised us that they would keep us up to date until the letter arrives so that we don't have to waste a drive down there for nothing... Now 1 month later they have closed the box for no reason, they refuse to accept any of her mail or update us on the arrival of the letter. At this point, it is far too late for me to request a new letter or take any other routes.. I'm now being forced to forgo my Pell Grant (cannot receive without that IRS letter) and pay for my schooling completely out of pocket. As a full time employee and a full time student this will really take a huge toll on me. This has been 2 months (total time spent on FAFSA and this specific letter/po box) completely wasted, useless. Time that I will never get back. Not only did they cause me to miss out on an entire years worth of financial aid but they have also caused my mom and I unnecessary stress, wasted our time and efforts, and promised to help us in ways that they never even attempted to follow through on.. She had a box through this location for at least 10 years before moving, we did everything correctly when reopening the box, only to suffer due to pure negligence on their end. I will never trust this location again, and you shouldn't either. They don't care about you or your family, they will screw you over in a split second and they won't think about it twice... Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else...
