Luckily I saw it sitting there and my Amazon said delivered so I went and checked it and sure enough it had my name on it. I know mistakes happen and it’s fine but just for future reference maybe pay more attention to the address next time.

Of course, I knew to show the codes. I was having trouble with finding the barcode on one of the returns and the woman behind the counter (Carol) was so rude. She informed me she didn't work for Amazon and wouldn't even offer a suggestion she just wanted me out of her way as quick as possible. Maybe she doesn't love her job but professionalism has been lost and it's so sad. You have no idea what kind of day your customers are having. Show some compassion and be willing to go out of your way to offer a little help. That's what customer service is, helping the customer.
