- NVn vFeb 28, 20251.0I came in to file a change of address form because I was still receiving mail to my old address and I was explaining that to this older white lady who was working and she was extremely rude, she did not even help me or even try to. She literally dismissed me by raising her voice at me saying that “we do not keep things in house and it is on you to change your address”. And while I obviously know that, I was still missing mail and it was getting sent to my old address. And she was trying to get me quickly out of there because someone that she knew had came in and as I was leaving the worker left to go talk to the other lady outside. Like I literally was just trying to get my mail.
