Went by a couple weeks ago, and the employees were very respectful and helpful to what I needed.

There are 2 separate times where I had bad experiences here, but this is still my preferred USPS location! Most of the employees are very nice or are just simply doing their jobs correctly, but I have had one man(who was wearing a full suit??) be extremely rude to me the very first time I stopped by, & one other employee who was very condescending & disrespectful over me using wrapping paper on my small business shipments. I didn’t like the way he addressed the issue or the fact that he made me sit for his full tutorial on how to tape over the box/wrapping paper in 2 different directions with packing tape, like I was stupid, but I do understand his point, & how it might’ve caused issues for me & my packages. He called me back to the class I didn’t sign up for & embarrassed me when I tried to leave, basically scolding me for not listening to all 10 steps of his 2-step process. There are at least 2 men who are there most of the times I have been in who are always very friendly!

The person that delivers my mail needs to be fired. I had photos sent through the mail. Ones I cant replace, the envelope had a piece of cardboard in it to prevent bends and on it in big letters says DO NOT BEND. They put the address stucker over it. The mail person decided to fold it in half and shove it in the box.
