This company is very greedy, they no longer charge you by weight but lately I been charged ridiculous fees as they charge prices per dimension. I shipped out an item that weighed 3.5 pounds with box and all but they didn’t charge by the weight of the content and box they charged me for the box size dimension that I guess would equal to “9 pounds” that is more than double the weight it actually was and idk how they are even getting that weight as the box only weighs one pound!!! As a reseller this has made me lose out on a lot of my earnings. I ship through UPS on a daily but will look elsewhere!!! I will only use you guys for all my Amazon returns and that’s it! I will no longer be scammed by this company!!!
