They refused to deliver my grandsons birthday present, and they said that the customer ( me) requested them to hold the pakage . Nobody talked to me at all. So, how did they get the request? And to insult me more, the tracking page said i have to go get it at the post office in Rosebud. So i will have to take off of work to go get what they refuse to deliver. WAY TO GO YOU LAZY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE . they delivered packages to my house last week. Why not this week ?
