The staff is extremely pleasant to deal with, I used to have a P.O Box here as well. I just love it. I now live 10 mins away and can’t be any happier with their service and facility. The people who run the mail, same thing, extremely kind when I catch them by the mailbox. ❤️📦

The letters always arrive late or damaged, and they claim that it was damaged upon arrival yet still damage it further by forcing items into mailboxes or placed in bad weather. Even worse, they take mail situations into their own hands and delay things even further without customer consent. Get your mail somewhere else if you want it to arrive safely!
