She didn’t even count down when she took my passport picture, so I asked her if she could and she said no. Horrible communication, horrible customer service. Horrible attitude !

Every time I visit, I’m impressed by how kind, patient, and efficient they are—no matter how busy it gets or how unprepared customers may arrive. You can really feel the teamwork and care they bring to every interaction. Because of this team, I actually enjoy going to the post office (which is saying something!). I know people often only leave reviews when something goes wrong, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize how consistently great this staff is. They go above and beyond, and it does not go unnoticed.
