She was extremely helpful to both my mother and I during our passport appointment. Jennifer was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I currently have a valid passport book and wanted to apply for a first-time passport card. Another clerk (I believe her name was Tammy or Tanny) told me that applying for a card would cancel my passport book and that I would need to renew everything and pay $190. This was confusing, as the travel.state.gov website states that a valid passport book does not need to be canceled to apply for a passport card. Jennifer took the time to clarify the correct information and reassured me that my passport book would remain valid. Thanks to her guidance, I felt confident moving forward with my application. I am very grateful for her professionalism and kindness.
