The lady who deals with passports is horrible. She has an attitude and didn’t even let me take my photo again. She didn’t even count down when she took my passport picture, so I asked her if she could and she said no. Horrible communication, horrible customer service. Horrible attitude !

The staff at the 8th Street Rogers Post Office is truly exceptional. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by how kind, patient, and efficient they are—no matter how busy it gets or how unprepared customers may arrive. You can really feel the teamwork and care they bring to every interaction. Because of this team, I actually enjoy going to the post office (which is saying something!). I know people often only leave reviews when something goes wrong, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize how consistently great this staff is. They go above and beyond, and it does not go unnoticed.

To the lady with the update attitude that gave me some robot answer. I hope you will never be in my situation lack of empathy from you was uncalled for and then you treat the next person with respect. To the kind supervisor who tried to listen to me while I was crying thank you! Even though I could not speak about it and left I appreciated your help! Thank you for your kindness!

I would like to recognize a specific clerk named Jennifer for her excellent service. She was extremely helpful to both my mother and I during our passport appointment. Jennifer was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I currently have a valid passport book and wanted to apply for a first-time passport card. Another clerk (I believe her name was Tammy or Tanny) told me that applying for a card would cancel my passport book and that I would need to renew everything and pay $190. This was confusing, as the travel.state.gov website states that a valid passport book does not need to be canceled to apply for a passport card. Jennifer took the time to clarify the correct information and reassured me that my passport book would remain valid. Thanks to her guidance, I felt confident moving forward with my application. I am very grateful for her professionalism and kindness.
