The young woman that works there with the curly hair and piercings was not only rude but when called out on her rudeness I was told that I was the one being rude. If I were you I would not go here. Also if you try and call to talk to a manager, whoever Patrick is also is very rude on the phone. Absolutely horrible holiday experience here and for some reason they have a sign that states they were voted friendliest store. I call BS on that.

I ended up having to exchange the item, so I did the same thing and had the package delivered to this store. Melissa was working tonight and couldn't find my package. I showed her the delivery confirmation email and, after much grumbling and running around, she found my package. She then got an attitude and launched into a rude tirade about how my package was such a problem and I cant have things redirected or held at the UPS store. Um, I just did last week. I was so irritated I called the location in Pinnacle to see if all the locations in NWA are owned by the same manager and who that is, and the sweet girl there said they had had multiple calls about a rude older lady at the Walnut St. location tonight (looking at you, Melissa). Yall need to know that girl is a problem.

He refused to give me back my Drivers License when I needed to run back to my truck to get my phone to provide the tracking number!!! (I wasn’t too keen on leaving my DL with someone I didn’t know!)Once I was able to get my package and leave, he mumbled something to me as I was leaving….I turned around to ask what he had said, but he had already started heading to the back. There was a young lady working at the other register that heard him and gave me the look like she knew he was wrong in what he said! Get a new job if you’re that unhappy dude!!!! Just so you know….you held MY property against my will and hopefully you know now that’s not right!! Adjust yourself!
