I had just left Office Depot, where I was belittled by an employee for no reason, and it left me feeling frustrated and not wanting to ever step foot in there again. When I walked into Staples, there was a line at the print counter (which already told me a lot compared to the empty Office Depot), but every single staff member was helpful, kind, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure my printing project was done right and treated me with respect the entire time. The difference between the two stores was night and day. Staples has earned my business moving forward—I’d rather wait in line here with great service than be treated poorly elsewhere. Highly recommend this location! Dave and Caleb were top notch in customer service.
