Having the audacity to be the last of two Staples open in Arkansas and be so incompetent is truly astounding.
I drove half an hour to pick up my print order only to be nonchalantly told that my cards were printed off-center. As if I should just lower my standards and use them anyways. I asked why they were misprinted and was told “that just happens sometimes because we print two per page.” Huh?? A professional printing service can’t center the image on the card? Additionally, the cards had clearly been cut with a dull blade. If I wanted my cards printed crooked with ragged edges, I would have printed them at the public library and hired a seven year old to cut them out with safety scissors. The employee helping said “hold on, I’ll try something to fix it.” She went and printed one again, this time flipped over. She showed me the front and proudly announced that the problem had been fixed. I picked up the card to check the back and she grabbed it out of my hand, but not before I saw that the back was off-center now. Was she just hoping I wouldn’t look at the back?
I told her “I’m sorry, but I cannot use these for the purpose I need them for.” Instead of getting serious and finding a REAL solution to the printing problem, the employee seemed disappointed in me, shrugged, and said “okay, I’ll cancel your order then.”
With employees this incompetent and uncaring, I have no earthly idea how this store is still open. I then tried calling the store to let a manager know that, in the future, when a print order is messed up, the customer should be informed ahead of time. Did anyone ever answer the phone? No. It rang for 10 minutes.
TLDR: Do not trust Staples for your professional printing services. They do not care about quality, or your time.

The entrance was definitely weird. You walk through the door and have to weave behind used and unused checkout lines and registers. The stock was generally a little lower than I expected, and there were items just lying around, it wasn’t really organized. Slightly messy. Overall, carries a lot of variety, but the website said they had multiple quantities of an item and when I went into the store they didn’t have any.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend going here for printing needs. Went to print something and the older woman working was the rudest and latest helpful person I've ever dealt with!!!! Well not ever go back to this store

Staples made my Amazon return so quick and easy. They have a dedicated area just inside the front door. The young woman, Patience, was very patient with me and helped me to pull up my QR code to scan.

I have never developed a loyalty for a print company like I have for this Staples location! I have to give a huge shoutout to Dave and Susan who always go above and beyond to help me with my print job! They have to be the kindest, most generous and helpful employees I’ve ever interacted with. I have a non-profit and work on a shoestring budget. Even though I don’t spend a lot on the jobs I have them do, they treat me like I’m an enterprise customer spending thousands of dollars! I will always come here for my print jobs! Thank you guys!
