- CMCara McGrathMar 19, 20201.0From our experience I would not use this title company. They did not properly follow through in many areas and they have associates that don't give correct information. They did not make sure we had all the paperwork needed in time so our closing was delayed over a weekend. Tina Ridenoure promised that the closing proceeds would be wired the same day and they were not, which caused us to receive late fees from our mortgage company. They are associated with Cauldwell Banker/HM. Steer clear of Mercury Title!
