- RDRobin DavidsonJan 22, 20261.0They misdeliver so many packages. And make excuses that there's nothing they can do. They're short handed. They can't do anything without a tracking number. They dont know what happened. That's pure BS. they know exactly where that package went. They can't tell you but if you want to call the cops post master can tell them. I've had to get several refunds from Walmart im surprised they are still taking my orders. I've told my friends and family to send packages through ups or FedEx. Im tempted to get a po box at a post office in the next town. They are rude and lazy and unprofessional.

- JAJessica AshcraftAug 26, 20231.01 because 0 isn’t an option. They literally REFUSE to deliver my packages. Initially they said it was my dog, dog was put up. Then they claimed it was the dog again, knowing the dog was up, I called and was told “oh, well they are just overwhelmed with packages”. Today I knew a package was coming so I called first thing in the morning, the person that delivers the packages was still at the office at 0836, I let them know they dogs were up and this was a package I needed today. I look back later and the delivery driver put that they couldn’t deliver because of inaccessible driveway… at 0834…. Please someone explain to me how you were at the office loading the packages onto your truck for delivery at 0836 when I called but you were at my home 15mins away and it was inaccessible at 0834? LAZINESS at its finest! I have been super patient and just went and picked up my packages when I was told they were overwhelmed with packages, but to have the audacity to just completely lie is a rather trashy character trait. You realize people have VERY IMPORTANT medical equipment, medication, schooling things, ect… delivered through the mail right? I feel like a more honest person needs and deserves this delivery drivers position.
