I've been getting mail that has been torn, opened, or tampered with for a few weeks now. Every piece of mail.(that is important) I went up to the post office today and told them about the security issue and showed the mail I got today as evidence. He told me that there's nothing they can do about it or wrote it off as the machine tearing it through the processing procedures. Which sounds plausible, machines do malfunction. But every piece of my mail? And my roommates mail is never torn so why is mine experiencing such issues EVERYTIME? I've started taking pictures of my mail as evidence and will be contacting the postman General when this happens again. (The man at the counter i talk to was a bit taller then 5.5 brownish black curly hair.) Not to mention, ive asked a couple people ik around the area if they had been having the same issue, one has not and a couple have. So its not JUST my mail. If I could change who was responsible for delivering my mail I would in a heartbeat. I'd rate this 0 out of 5 if I could.

Package of perishable items was supposed to be delivered today. I waited around all day. I left my house to go to the store real quick. 15 minutes later I get a text saying my delivery is being held at the facility "at my request". I never requested anything other than my items be delivered no later than today.

What is going on with this place... Never attempt to deliver packages just mark as unable to deliver then you have to make time out of your day to get your stuff.. may as well fire the deliverer and just have people come get there stuff... ridiculous and sad but I not surprising.
