- TWTony WoodwardNov 5, 20253.0I really like the people at the office but i would like to know how you can have a mail carrier that is terrified of dogs to the point they will not even get out of the vehicle? If you can not tell the difference between a mean dog and a friendly dog maybe you need training! Not to mention i believe she is the same one that ran over one of our dogs about 4 years ago which she never stopped. I have security cameras' that is how we knew exactly who it was. How she has a job i will never know and i bet she is the first in line to scream for a raise. Personally the usps will eventually either be bought our or go out of business.

- CMCatherine McClureOct 19, 20174.0Terrible! Can't deliver my mail. I get other people's mail all the time. AND it's impossible to get a hold of the carrier on issues. Update: the People at the Office are very friendly and personable. They helped me with the issue. I had a brand new carrier who was messing up, but it looks like everything has been resolved. Prairie Grove post office folks are great. The 1-877 number is terrible ( 50 min hold ? Forget it ). The local number is correct, just change the 501 to 479.
