- ATAustin ThrelkeldJan 28, 20261.0Very rude and unprofessional staffing. We drove 40 mins in the snow after talking on the phone with one of the employees saying walk in are available until 3pm for passports. After arriving the one employee wasn’t there and the lady behind the desk that has a nose ring said that since we didn’t have an appointment we would have to leave. She had a very rude tone and needs to learn proper manners.
