She can’t make her own labels, etc as she doesn’t have internet at home and with where she lives internet won’t work period. My mom went in and they treated her very stupidly. Instead of helping her like a good USPS worker should do, they sent her away instead of being helpful and directing her. Little did the post office know that the person behind my mom in line was another friend of mine who heard them talk negatively of her and how “stupid” she was and how “she needs to use common sense.” Even as a postal worker I know how confusing things can be for customers. You are supposed to guide customers, not the poor service this office gives. It’s sad that this post office doesn’t have the decency to be kind and helpful when that’s what they are there for. Do better.
