- LSLacey StephensSep 11, 20251.0This post office, mail delivery and customer service is TERRIBLE. We have had issues with this post office and staff for YEARS. We have given them plenty of chances to make things right and to improve, but they cannot seem to get mail into the correct community mail boxes. We have had mail and medications put in other resident mailboxes as well as checks go missing because of their carelessness. We have filed official complaints in the post office, which were most likely discarded by the staff being that they stated that we have not filed any complaints. Nothing ever changes and no accountability or responsibility is ever taken for all of the trouble that they have caused us. The post master is of no help. Unfortunately there is no one to help us other than the fraud hotline that is available for USPS, which we may resort to contacting after not receiving checks.
