- AMAaron MoodyFeb 25, 20261.0Wish I could give them zero stars. Talked to the post master after being rudely spoken to by two women working the front desk. I was polite described my situation with a package and I felt like I was asking them to do their job. Rolled eyes and even the post master took my info and said he would look into the package and call me asap. It’s been almost a week and no word. Someone needs to come and check this store out and teach them a few things about how customer service works. If someone is very nice to you it doesn’t take more than a second to be nice back. And when they write your info down and say they’ll call you then call the customer back. I do a lot of business with the post office and they about to lose a customer. Plus my mail is always after 6 and I keep getting other people’s mail even though my last name is clearly notated on the box in big bold letters
