The worst post office. Several times the carrier has lied and said they attempted to deliver packages to me without even getting out of the van. They left a slip in my mailbox stating that they attempted to get a signature from me but my cameras don’t show anyone coming to my door. They also didn’t place the slip on my door they placed it in the mailbox further proving that they made no attempts to deliver my package. Lazy and inconsiderate.

I consistently have mail returned to me that is sent 3401 Springhill Drive with various suite numbers. I call them and verify that the address is correct but when I call the post office in Rose City they never answer the phone. I rings until it times out and gives a busy signal.

They are very through, when solving any problem you present to them, with due diligence, providing you with, means to accomplish tasks, if it is requiring there assistance, going above and beyond to acomidate you, with a cheerful demeanor, while you are there, taking care of every day business, maintaining a clean environment, always open on time, provide reference material to cope with any changes which might be taking place at there establishment, offers to hold your mail for 2 days if you have a package due to arrive, so there is no need to stress over the little stuff, when you know you will not be available to sign for it, because of some unforseen issue that arises!
