So I taped the new label I printed to the item as well. Brandi, the employee who helped, suggested I place the item in box because you could see the contents. She wasn't suggesting that any UPS employees would take advantage of that but that it would go through a lot hands before it got to it's destination. She offered to sell me a box, removed the label for me, and fixed it up properly. I really appreciated the time and effort she took to provide great customer service.

I was on a work call and said out loud that I probably wasn’t going to make a last-minute appointment because of the line. Brandi, without a word, walked up to me, grabbed my box, and showed me the DIY lane for pre-labeled items, which I never knew existed. Because of her, I actually made the appointment by a minute. 20/10 and three thumbs up. Will definitely be back, after Brandi saved the day. Also, If she goes somewhere else, could I please be added to that notification mailing list?

I was rushed and tired when I arrived at the store with neither of the packages packed for mailing. I walked in at a time when several customers had just left and was helped right away. Tiffany did an efficient and quick job of getting both packages ready for shipping. I was very grateful. Good job, Tiffany!
