- RMRachel MvugaloDec 22, 20252.0Somebody get this lady an attitude adjustment. Pissed in her Cheerios for me to request a picture of my 2 returns packaged. Waited for her to come back from the back after 10 minutes, she was hoping I would leave, after I asked the guy if he was packaging them or she was. Like girl, CUSTOMER SERVICE goes far, I’ve been in it for 20 years. I would never treat someone the way you treated me. I wanted pictures to reassure my returns weren’t packaged together or anything left out because if they would have been I would’ve lost out on my money. Update: ms attitude covered up my return label with a blank label and had this returned to my home address. I guess to have the last laugh. FedEx didn’t find it to be funny when I contacted them. Had the route (523) wrote all over the box, then went back and tried to mark it out and write “not 523”. Do better next time!! All you did was delay my return. But FedEx doesn’t have the same sense of humor or attitude you had about the whole situation.
- P7PA 77Oct 22, 20251.0The package I had delivered required a direct signature, which is an additional fee. It was left outside the building with water on the pavement so the box could get wet. The person they say that signed for it is not even at the building today. You need to tell your drivers that a direct signature means you get the name of the person who received the package and not just a random name of someone they know that works there.

She showed me how to use the scanner, print my reciept, etc. I was out of there in LESS than 5 minutes! She was also advising other employees. She was VERY professional to both customers AND employees! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️WOW!
