I ship thousands of envelopes out a month and NEVER have an issue because they all weigh under an ounce and if they are over an ounce I pay the extra few cents and pay to make them non machinable, but this place has tried to make my clients pay an extra $5+ multiple times just to receive their packages. I know it's just this location because I ship all around the country and this town is the only one doing it. I even talked to my local USPS and they said I am following all the guidelines but the Nashville AR store feels the need to steal extra money from my clients. I will be contacting their post master and hopefully getting this fixed. I feel so bad for everyone that lives in this town that has to deal with ignorant thieving mailmen.
