- SAsue allenOct 28, 20252.0Not too happy with the post office in Mtn Home at the moment. I was on vacation for 11 days, had a hold on my mail. Went in when I got back, they said the carrier would bring all the mail. Ok...no problem I thought. What did I get you might ask after 11 days ? 3 yes 3 pieces of mail...I said is that all after 11 days ? Oh yes. Fast forward 3 weeks to today.........my mailbox is STUFFED with all the mail I should have gotten 3 weeks ago !!! And to top it off I was late on 2 bills because of this and a check that has had a stop payment on !!!! Really people...you have one job and one responsibility...just do it and do it right.

I’ve never had any issues or long wait times, their Kiosk is always working and their post office is always in stock after hours for my shipping needs! I highly recommend !

- BBBatznblkcatzSep 17, 20255.0I don't know how this office gets any bad reviews except they are older reviews and maybe they had an employee that wasn't customer friendly. 2xs n the past 4 years I've had to go up looking for a package (Temu addict here) and the front desk immediately called the manager, I would go to the back room and he would look up via satellite to see where my package was. They didn't dismiss me as being impatient, they fixed the issue and I haven't missed any package since. Always polite. The fact that I came in both times right after work looking ragged impressed me as well. I still received friendly service and I appreciated that most of all. Btw my mail person is terrific. Never hesitates to smile and wave.
