I googled the address . Filled out the envelope the same way I have for the last 8 years. Now they get sent back. Funny things happening

The sheer incompetence, the general lack of common sense and basic intelligence, and the lack of understanding and abiding by their own USPS policies and contractual obligations to their customers, etc. And Heaven forbid you try to escalate a concern to their Postmaster. They just simply do not care. This place is a systemic failure.
