I called to check on a package wasn’t aware they didn’t open till 8:30am so I called at 8:10am. Man answered the phone rude as crap! “CAN YOU CALL BACK WHEN WE ARE OPEN” and before I could answer he hung up in my face! Literally! The freaking rudest postal office I’ve ever had to deal with! They seem to bring personal problems into their work ALOT! Every dang time I call or reach out due to package errors or etc they are freaking rude ! And hanging up in my face almost made me visit the postal office in person to act a fool! Rude rude rude! There’s a certain way you talk to people. If they don’t like their jobs they should FIND ANOTHER instead of having poor attitudes at the very least! Ridiculous! I hate this post office!

Scheduled my appointment online for a 445 pm…. Got here at 426 pm and walked in only for them to welcome me with a, “Hola. Pasaporte? And I responded politely and said Hola si tengo cita. Because all for people learning different languages. He was like oh no no (in accent) and then I said in English I have an appointment, I scheduled it online. Then he says no we stopped taking passport appointments at 2 pm. Because they had to fill out their portion. Which I understood… but very inconvenient for the website to have you schedule when they don’t see anyone after 2 pm. Then some white man decided to include himself in my conversation with this other guy… repeating what the black man had already said but with an accident and in a persistent way. I said Yeah i understood that… because the whole time they BOTH wanted to talk to me with an accent because they were racially profiling us. I let him know that he needed to mind his business because how rude of them to assume that I only spoke Spanish, secondly for them to act like this is a game and thirdly to act like I’m supposed to know this when the website let me schedule after 2 pm. Both of them were unprofessional and ignorant. Both lack any type of customer service. The United States is full of lazy, arrogant and incompetent people!

I guess 4:30pm is based on who closes. Got here at 4:23pm and was told by another customer that the employee had already shut down. I mean really?!

Our mail driver keeps running over our trash can. I've seen them do it every day for the last week. There are two different vehicles, one is a white minivan, the other is a maroon sedan. The trashcan sits out of the way on the corner of our driveway, they go out of the way to hit it. If I try to speak to them they drive off without delivering any mail. Will be filming them and filing complaints.
