Supervisor Chris was incredibly unhelpful. Never had this issue with any other NWA post offices for dropping off bulk.

They told me that it was only a suggestion about what mail I might receive. HUH!! I complained several times and now this week it showed I would receive 7 pieces of mail. I have not received any since last Friday. I really believe it’s retaliation now. You folks are covering for each other.
