Supervisor Chris was incredibly unhelpful. Never had this issue with any other NWA post offices for dropping off bulk.

They told me that it was only a suggestion about what mail I might receive. HUH!! I complained several times and now this week it showed I would receive 7 pieces of mail. I have not received any since last Friday. I really believe it’s retaliation now. You folks are covering for each other.
- TKTyler kJan 16, 20241.0I swear the courier is absolutely drunk out of his mind. I've witnessed them bumping into my vehicle. Also, I've witnessed them not deliver my mail for over a month. I'm graced by the touch of God if I receive a single parcel that's addressed to me at least once a week. Otherwise, I have to play postman and spend 30-45 mins per day delivering mail to the CORRECT address. I have no idea why this courier is being paid when I do 85% of their job. I've already placed a claim with the postmaster and will escalate this as far as I absolutely can just to prove the point. This is disgusting and Lowell USPS should be disgusted with themselves. If not, they can spit and sit on this review. They provide about as much as much service anyways. Absolutely disgrace. I'm sure mcdonalds is hiring
