- JNJeffrey NouveauMay 15, 20241.0The WORST! I've lived in several US states and 3 countries, some on rural routes. They are literally the worst I've ever dealt with. The carrier didn't want to drive down my driveway, so they put $500 worth of packages in a trash bag and hung it from my mailbox. They often don't close the mailbox, so things get wet. Today, I got notifications to pick up my mail that was to he delivered today, with no explanation why. You can't get a PERSON on the phone, ever. usps says my packages are at the Benton office. Nope! They're in Lonsdale. Which is open for 3 hours a day, if you're lucky. They mark things as delivered when they haven't been. They just do whatever and never seem to have any consequences or get any better at their jobs. Literally, the worst post office I've ever had. Just get a P.O. Box rather than deal with their incompetence, disregard and disrespect for other people, and absolute laziness. Avoid dealing with them at all costs.
