  Where shall I start. Purchased 3/10/16 and first available delivery date was 3 days later but I pushed it to 3/14/26. Delivery crew were kind and courteous. Didn’t test the washer that day. A few days later I ran a load of laundry and water leaking from the bottom. Contacted LG 3/17 and they said 3/20 was the first availability for an installation repair. RXO sent a schedule showing 3/21 as the first available day. Because I have a job, I chose that Saturday 3/21 because that was most convenient. I got the window schedule of 7:30am-11:30am. I went to work because I work 15 minutes from home and they are supposed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The delivery person called at 8:11am saying the car find my apartment. EXCUSE ME!!!!! Why are you at my home and you didn’t call to say you were on the way? I tell him I wasn’t at home and I was finishing up something and it would take about 20 minutes to get there. I leave work only to get home and see where they said my appointment could not be completed because I wasn’t home. REALLY!!!! I spent the entire day from 9:00am until 1:30pm reaching out to LG and RXO’s customer resolution team only for the crew and their management team to ignore all requests for them to reach out or to return and complete the visit. Let me go back and add a few extra details. I called and texted the crew member’s phone number and got no response. The crew member mentioned that they had had some cancellations when I asked why they didn’t call me before now and he also mentioned the previous service was 10 minutes from me. Which is still no excuse for them not calling 30 minutes prior. Also let me add that when I contacted RXOo initially they were only 8 miles from my home, but no one dispatched them back out. I almost forgot when someone, not even the crew’s’ manager, finally responded to the multiple requests, they offered to reschedule for Tuesday 3/24. Had they returned I wouldn’t have had to leave this not so nice review. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! The only positive thing I have is that the customer resolution lady appeared to be really trying to resolve my issue.

  Was supposed to have a Samsung fridge delivered on 3.7.26 between 3-7pm. 6:30 rolls around so I call rxo and am told they are 8 stops away but will be there at 7:18 pm. Nothing. 9:30 rolls around and I call again, I am again told that they are 8 stops away??? I told the person that they told me this 3 hours ago and they now tell me they stop delivering at 10pm. I cannot get anything resolved Sunday. Monday I contact Samsung and RXO told them I refused delivery LOL. I know have a bunch of separate cases open with Samsung because they can’t get an answer out of RXO. I called Samsung again today and they got in touch with RXO and they said they could not deliver because of weather ? That’s not what happened there either. I do not currently have a fridge, I took of a day of work Saturday expecting the delivery to be fulfilled and I still have not gotten any valuable information out of you guys, I’m not sure if any of the people I have spoke too are directly out of this office either. When will I get my fridge ??? When will anyone contact me with anything to tell me if I will get my fridge or if I will have to take another day off of work for it to be delivered just to waste a day again. This needs to be resolved, why is this a constant for this company ??

  This was the best delivery service I’ve had for a major appliance. The two gentlemen were courteous, quick, and extremely professional. They handled everything with care and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Much appreciated!
