I am a full-time internet reseller, and I have been to a lot of post offices, and I can tell you without a doubt this is the best one in Central Arkansas. A guy named Brian is the reason. He is 100% amazing and scans all of my packages instantly and properly, and that helps me out so much with keeping buyers happy. I drive a little further just to deal with Brian and be sure everything is done right. Dude is a hard worker and knows his stuff inside and out. I think he's retired military, so he's very professional. If he ever retires I don't know what I will do. Haha!

My package was destined for an address in 72204 and the tracking indicated it made it to this 72205 location where it was marked as "Mis-Sent." It did not move for five days, so I called them for 20 minutes and no one would pick up the phone, in the middle of a week-day. Finally I called my local USPS in 72204 and asked them about the package. After being on hold for a bit they said they'd checked with a supervisor at 72205 and that the package would get to the 72204 location Saturday. So I check the USPS tracking today (Sunday) and the box left Memphis Saturday, is on its way back to the sender in New Jersey apparently.
