A guy named Brian is the reason. He is 100% amazing and scans all of my packages instantly and properly, and that helps me out so much with keeping buyers happy. I drive a little further just to deal with Brian and be sure everything is done right. Dude is a hard worker and knows his stuff inside and out. I think he's retired military, so he's very professional. If he ever retires I don't know what I will do. Haha!
