- QHQ Hib3 days ago1.0Have been trying to contact USPS about my packages. Looks like I’ll have to show up in person. The last two packages say delivered to mailbox but I never received. The first one was found on the ground ripped open and the other one I’m not sure. I currently have one coming in and I’m afraid the same thing will happen which is why I’m reaching out. I reached before when I didn’t receive those and I was told to file an inquiry of some sort which I did. Not sure what that did. I know USPS is overworked and understaffed. I’m not putting this comment here to target staff for something they can’t control unless they can. I’m posting it more so someone can see this as additional piece of construction feedback!

- LClinda cowdenNov 20, 20251.0They removed mail shoot so I can drop mail (I am handicapped). They ripped off lid of curbside when I have porch delivery. They lose mail. They lie when they say they have delivered and may or may not finally do deliver. Supervisor declare they are not accountable for their post members.

I pay extra for shipping whenever I can because my post man is the most unreliable and lazy excuse of a worker I’ve ever seen I try to avoid the service whenever possible. Do better.
