- TCTori Chism3 days ago1.0Multiple poor experiences with shipping out This will be my last time using usps for shipping due to failure/lost faith in company Last week I stopped by this location to internationally ship a parcel that weighed less than an eighth of a pound I paid $50 priority shipping and the package was returned to me the next day. Because I was at work, I wasn’t available to sign for the parcel. It took three days to get my item back. Despite the parcel never leaving my ZIP Code, I was still charged the $50 and denied a refund. After failing the only resolution was to reship. I ended up going to FedEx and paying About a third of that and the package arrived today early In June of 2023 I shipped out two bass guitars a total of $2800 Both guitars were destroyed in shipping. I shipped priority, I got the insurance however nothing was done for my damaged items. I was out the $2800 plus $160 it cost to ship.
- ERE RFeb 24, 20261.0Absolutely horrible. I called the national USPS about this location as we only get mail every other day, although the emails we get show mail coming in every day. They also don't answer the phone. I opened a complaint with the national office for this location.

I was supposed to receive my package oct 18-21 that day has passed I’ve called multiple times back to back nobody is helpful I can’t go pick up my package because my tracking keeps showing they’re shipping it around in circles back & forth all over Little Rock I’m convinced my package has been lost…DO NOT MAIL WITH THEM!
