So I'm glad for that and bumped up the score from 3 stars to 4 stars (mostly off the strength of the people who work inside the post office being nice and helpful). Below is the rest of my original review: I attached a screenshot to show that I've had to order the same football card on eBay THREE TIMES now because the first two times the tracking said "delivered in mailbox" yet it was not there both times (and my mailbox needs a key to get into, so I know they weren't stolen by a porch pirate). So now I've had to buy another one from a third different person on eBay. Luckily it's a cheap card. I also recently had a package that they marked as "Held at post office at customer's request" even though I did NOT request that. So it literally seems like the mailman just flat out doesn't want to deliver any of my mail for some reason.
