- BBBrianJan 30, 20261.0Package with medicine in it for my dog, sit there at the post office for over a week and then when I showed up in person, they refuse to even go back to the back and look for it. Dog was sickly ill. Fingers crossed that he’s able to continue to rough it and pull through Lady wasn’t rude but showed no empathy. They havent answered the phone in over a week. I’ve called at least 10 to 20 times every day for the last week, she told me that’s their policy whenever they get backed up like this due to the winter weather storm that they no longer answer their phones. So I filled out a complaint form on the post office and the package itself wrote down reference numbers and was supposed to be contacted, but of course I’ve received no contact absolute no empathy whatsoever. Nobody cares. Had three employees sitting there and couldn’t even get one of them to go to the back and look for a freaking package. I guarantee if it was their pet that was sick and needed the medicine that would be upset too. It seems like This post office in particular is the bottom of the barrel. Somebody really needs to do something. This is nothing like the USPS that I used to deal with. So I’ve said I’m sitting here, shaking, staring at my wife, crying all because these people refuse to walk to the back of the post office and look for a package. I even offered to come back tomorrow once they contact me to give them time trying to be understanding about them being busy or whatever made no difference Completely unhelpful

- EDErica DaniellFeb 26, 20191.0I have literally not recieved any of my mail in the last 10 days. I have two packages I've been tracking. One says it wasn't delivered because of animal interference. You're delivering to an apartment complex where all the mailboxes are together and away from the pets. How is there animal interference? Additionally, I had a "Vacant" card put in my mailbox a few days ago, when clearly my address is not vacant. I'm getting really irritated with this branch.
