- CBCK BaylyNov 14, 20241.0Two young women sitting at the desk complaining about their families when I walked in. This is unprofessional when customers walk in. I had to mail two packages with signature confirmation. They informed me I had to do all the steps associated with mailing packages short of ringing up the sale and delivering them myself. They accused me of being rude when I asked for help and said I should know how to do this. They referred me to print so small I needed a magnifying glass to read. They went out of their way not to help. These two employees are in dire need of remedial customer service training.
