- RNRyan NewcombMay 10, 20251.0RUDE, and beyond that its complete incompetence. Walked in 5/9/25 at 2:30pm into complete darkness, one lady working the calendar playing on her phone. she was no help, couldn't type an address in, couldn't scan a barcode. The reason she is there at the counter is to sale stamps, and take packages that are taped/labeled to perfection. Do yourself a favor, and go down to UPS, where customer service still lives.

I had to mail two packages with signature confirmation. They informed me I had to do all the steps associated with mailing packages short of ringing up the sale and delivering them myself. They accused me of being rude when I asked for help and said I should know how to do this. They referred me to print so small I needed a magnifying glass to read. They went out of their way not to help. These two employees are in dire need of remedial customer service training.
