Something is seriously up with this post office. A package that was said to have been delivered wasnt. I called. They called back ,said the mailman said he delivered it. I feel like if i hadn't told them that i had a security camera, then they would have not cared. An hour or so later, they call and say that the mailmain was delivering both of my packages. Where were they, if he swore up and down he delivered them? Then they only delivered one. This makes me nervous about having anything come through this specific post office. Its to the point that i have most of my stuff go to north little rock to my mom,s house. Im not saying my stuff if getting stolen, im just not getting it,and this post office is the common denominator.

Had bad experience with wedding invitations going through the machine upside down, so couldn’t be sent. Took the remainder to this location to be hand stamp so they could be sent, and the worker stated “I am not hand stamping that many” very rudely. Took them to another location and they were happy to help.

They usually have extremely kind and helpful staff, but recently I've encountered some problems with this location. I shipped a package and paid for the rate at the desk, but three weeks later it was returned to my house marked "insufficient postage" and was missing the tracking number. Apparently the employee did not attach the shipping label I bought after handing it to her, and also must have lost the package for a few weeks before returning it to me. They refused to issue me a refund.
