For the 2ND time this month these brilliant folks at this facility, mind you is 3 hours away from me as I live in Arkansas, have rerouted my packages to another state. Last time was 7 hours away in Illinois and this time its 17 hours away in Washington Dc. At this point I think the qualifications for employment at this hub is breathing and blinking. This package would have actually been early for a change and it would have been nice but thank you usps for dropping the ball yet again. If they could move that hub out of Little Rock it would be a smart move. No disrespect ro the other local hubs as yall doing things properly. Get it together Little Rock I know yall better than this !
