The employees were quick even with the line nearly out of the front door (post Christmas returns). They didn't mind my using a rolling chair for my 41 pounds total of packages and Jean even joked she liked my box cart. It was nice to see a busy, efficient atmosphere that didn't sacrifice humor and respect.
