    Jean's efficient politeness nearly restored my lack of confidence in the delivery system as a whole as the last 2 items I sent (through USPS) didn't make it to their destinations and disappeared from the tracking spectrum before arriving to the final distribution center. The employees were quick even with the line nearly out of the front door (post Christmas returns). They didn't mind my using a rolling chair for my 41 pounds total of packages and Jean even joked she liked my box cart. It was nice to see a busy, efficient atmosphere that didn't sacrifice humor and respect.

    Came in on two different occasions and there was a strong smell of Marijuana that filled the store! The second time, I had an out of town guest who needed to mail a package. I was totally embarrassed! I probably won't be referring any more people to this store.

    Jean & Annie are always so very helpful every time I come into Pickup and Drop off. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help me every time I come in!

    They will tell you wrong information will full confidence at this location. It became very clear no one here knows whats actually going on. I mailed a check only to be told it was lost. I put a stop on the check and It magically arrived (over a week later, I paid overnight) so the check bounced. Sent the new check with fedex and it was cheaper and arrived when it said it would.
