- CTChloe Thielman1 day ago1.0Was supposed to have a Samsung fridge delivered on 3.7.26 between 3-7pm. 6:30 rolls around so I call rxo and am told they are 8 stops away but will be there at 7:18 pm. Nothing. 9:30 rolls around and I call again, I am again told that they are 8 stops away??? I told the person that they told me this 3 hours ago and they now tell me they stop delivering at 10pm. I cannot get anything resolved Sunday. Monday I contact Samsung and RXO told them I refused delivery LOL. I know have a bunch of separate cases open with Samsung because they can’t get an answer out of RXO. I called Samsung again today and they got in touch with RXO and they said they could not deliver because of weather ? That’s not what happened there either. I do not currently have a fridge, I took of a day of work Saturday expecting the delivery to be fulfilled and I still have not gotten any valuable information out of you guys, I’m not sure if any of the people I have spoke too are directly out of this office either. When will I get my fridge ??? When will anyone contact me with anything to tell me if I will get my fridge or if I will have to take another day off of work for it to be delivered just to waste a day again. This needs to be resolved, why is this a constant for this company ??
