  I came to Robert half after working from home for 3 years. Interviewed with Alicia Witts. I thought she was a genuine person was I wrong. She gaslight me the whole process. She got me an assignment with Deck Splashsuperpools the young lady before me at the position went through the same issues as I did. So Alicia put with the ADFA office her best friend works there and I would be on her best friend team. I would email, call, and text Alicia Witts would never get a reply I would tell her best friend to contact her and Lord behold she responds within one sec. Anytime I would ask about pay she would lie and she would lie so much that she couldn't keep up with them not realizing she would text her best friend what to tell me. I got hospitalized in June and was in there for four days I heard nothing from the company only the company that they had me doing the temp service for. Alicia then lied and said she was out the office which was a lie her coworker said she was there and she would let her know via teams to contact me. Alicia responded to my email only bc I said she considered me a number. Of course she knew I was in the hospital bc her best friend was telling my business to her. Then this past Wed ADFA said they no longer have anything for me and asked Patrick at Robert half if they have anything and he said no. ADFA kept me two months longer because they liked me. Still til this day I haven't heard anything from Robert Half about my assignment ending or even checked on me while I was rushed to the hospital for four days. Robert half made 1400 a week off me and I was loved more by the ADFA then them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ROBERT HALF TO ANYONE YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER AND THEY'RE GOING TO OVERCHARGE THE COMPANY THEY HAVE YOU WORKING FOR.

  Was excited when I received a call about two jobs.. completed FaceTime interview, completed all paperwork that was emailed to me & nothing since then and it’s been months. No help to me, just time wasted.

  Love this company! They have been of consistent assistance to me along the way, and just recently through the help of both Stephanie Shine and Elaina Allen, I found the job of my dreams - a place I see myself at until I retire. I haven't felt like this about any job before - I am truly excited to come to work each day, and that is hard to say about Public Accounting. I really feel these ladies really care about your career path and also where they seek to place you - they have everyone's best interests at heart - both you and the prospective future employer. Many, many thanks and a very strong recommendation from me to you to utilize their services!

  Absolutely one of the worst staffing agencies in little rock. They are so unprofessional its really ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, they will send you on a good assignment from time to time but they do not last long at all. They'll get you all hyped up and stuff making you think that they have found you a really good opportunity then turn around and tell you but this job is only gonna last for 1 week, etc. Total time waster here. You can call and call and call, email after email after email, and they will still bs you around. And oh the manager is always on vacation. They love to tell you this universal lie that every place you're trying to get on at tells you..."the hiring manager is on vacation this week." And the thing is, if you're a staffing agency and you're making money off of getting good people jobs, what's the hold up? I don't have a criminal record or nothing. If you are young and don't have a lot of responsibility and you live at home with mom and dad and you can afford to just be bounced around at their convenience, go for it. But if you're a young professional looking to better your career and find a good job opportunity, don't waste your time here. If you choose to, don't say that person on google reviews didn't tell you!
