- TSTerry SossongSep 17, 20251.0We have had 3 separate deliveries from 3 different companies (Wayfair, Sams Club (2)) all delivered to the wrong address on different days. Our address is very easy to read on our mailbox. FedEx has gone to using an independent contractor, and has made it next to impossible to speak to any supervisor for assistance. Called and ask them to find packages and they promised to do it, but did nothing. The neighbor where they were delivered happen to see a phone number after 3 days and alerted us that they were in their driveway. My wife, who is 70 had to retrieve at 10 pm in the pouring rain. This used to be the best delivery company bar none, but now they are the worst, and hiding from phone calls and reimbursements for packages not delivered. What a shame!! I spent over 2 hours on the phone and Wayfair gave me a 25% discount on the order and said they were going to back charge FedEx. I truly hope they did, once they feel the pain financially it may bring about some needed changes!
