  Staffs are indolent here and don’t even bother answering questions properly. Their attitude is bad, and the service is slow and unhelpful. Overall, it’s been a very disappointing experience.

  I’ve had an international package in Memphis for 2 weeks on customs delay. I understand that things have changed some with this recently. But, I’m frustrated that I had no communication from FedEx to know what the delay is. I’ve called about it with no further resolution. I decided to go into the store to see if they can help me. They told me to call customer service and were very unwilling to help determine what the delay is or how to resolve it. I called again while in the store and still got no further with customer service. FedEx is terrible with this as it’s my second international instance that has gone this same way…must be a cheap way to ship for international shipments because the service is pretty. Also, they damaged a shipment coming to Arkansas from Louisiana and didn’t initiate any communication in the delay on that package to let me know it was damaged. I had to go between the vendor and them to get it resolved and get the to start communicating. Don’t use FedEx for shipping!!

  The product was quick and good. Love the print work done here! Walked in and one of the employees is saying in front of me that they don’t care about anything that happens here at this job because he hates it Probably won’t return because of negative environment.

  I’d give them a zero if possible. We had a package they first refused to deliver because they said they couldn’t get down the driveway (neither Amazon nor UPS has a problem), then they said no one was there to sign for it. Then they said we had to pick it up, but they sent to a warehouse w/ no customer service. Then they said they would let us know when and where it was sent. A week later and no email, no phone call. I call them and find out it’s at this office, so I call them and tell them someone would be in this week to pick it up. They said they usually hold them a week or two. Someone goes by 3 days later to pick it up, and they tell us it’s been sent back to the seller. They said they can only hold the package 5 days, but never once let us know where it was. They indicated it was our fault. Awful company all around.

  Don’t go here. The service sucks. I just went in to get a flyer printed from my phone and they informed me that it was self service and I could do it myself when I went back over and said that I needed help the man just explain to me what to do never attempting to walk over to the machine and assist me so I went back to the machine and I never was able to print. I will add that there were also two other employees standing at the front desk doing absolutely nothing but laughing at their jokes with each other I’ll never go in the store again.
