  Worse freaking place they damage a bike I sold on ebay and it supposed to be return to me and it went missing and they charge me 300 dollars after loosing my bike now im negative on ebay , what kinda shit is that no one can help I call many times I need my money and my bike back

  Do not ship or do business here! They are the most incompetent people, and they don’t care about their customers or the shipment—only about their salary. I even paid $175.00 just to ship a single piece of paper. I gave clear instructions for the package to be held for pickup at the FedEx office, but instead, they set it for delivery. Now they are trying to deliver it to an address where no one will receive it because it was supposed to be a pickup. The person who needs to get it is not at that address but was expecting it at the office. We even went back to ask for help, and the only thing they said was, “I can’t do anything about it!” This has been a terrible experience—very costly, with nothing to show for it—and now we cannot locate a very important document because of their negligence!
