- JJJAug 12, 20235.0I want to start by saying, Mark is just AWESOME and a godsend! I sent my mother a priority mail package 4 days ago and according to the tracking number, it wasn't moving. The package was scheduled for delivery two days later, but instead, it was updated two days later and had only moved 30 min away which had me so uneased because I really wanted her to have her package by today or it would have been for nothing. Well, Mark was so kind in doing all that he could to try and make sure that mother got her package in time. He made followup calls to update me and kept apolozing for the others that dropped the ball in the process when I spoke to him when he didn't. He made my mother and I experience a lot better and to top it off, THE PACKAGE MADE IT ON TIME!!! Thank you again so much Mark! I honestly do not think she would have had it in time if he didn't allow God to use him to help us! He's a good a caring person that appreciates his job and the world needs more of it. By the way, if you're reading this and wondering, it was Dallas that dropped the ball!
