- MFMatt FryDec 9, 20252.0Tried calling multiple times throughout the day and no one ever answered the phone. I go there in person for questions about mail delivery after finding my property had no mailbox. The rep. didn't know much about what would happen to my mail in the meantime. I also asked for any city guidelines about mailbox post installation and they also didn't seem to know much about that either.

The only possible complaint is that they are not always well stocked with stamps (other than forever 1-ounce stamps- they always have those) but that isn't their fault and they always order more ASAP. I appreciate their willingness to help with mailing packages and answering questions.

I had a package delivery attempted on a Thursday, the delivery person left me a slip, I took it to this post office on Friday and this worker looked at the slip and told me it would be in on Monday. On Monday, I returned to this post office, only to be told then that it was at a different post office in the nearby city, where I had just come from. When I told her that I wished she had let me know this on Friday, she just shrugged and said “ I don’t know what to tell you”, never once apologizing for my inconvenience. If this is what workers are coming to, then I hate to think about our postal service in the future!
