I don't know the man's name but he is so rude and has an attitude! I despise going in there! Pls get rid of him! I've lived in JC for 7 years and try to go to Eldorado PO instead because if this person!

I have had multiple packages that were supposed to have been delivered by whoever the lazy lady (I think her last name is Dison) is now for the 71749 zip code & almost ALL urgent packages have been coded as if I physically requested a hold which is NOT the case. Whomever is over this post office should lay down the punishment or at the least fire her & replace with anyone else other than her.
She has been the WORST replacement since Tony retired & needs to find a better day job that's more suitable for lazy people like replacing batteries in a TV remote or counting grains of sand. I'll also be reporting to corporate & wherever else so that change will happen. I'm not the only one this is happening to.
If the JC USPS depended on her to deliver their immediate packages properly or in a expected timeline they would go out of business quick. Hire someone who cares about people & loves what they do because who you have now is the different opposite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady mail carrier that delivers to Wesson Rd is not nice, friendly and/or just doesn't care or completely incompetent! I was out of town sick for 7 days and couldn't check my mail and all my mail was "returned to sender" due to, "she thought I no longer resided at my address!" So I installed a huge , expensive lock type mailbox so it would hold lots of mail and no one can see whether I've checked it or not, but now she apparently refuses to deliver my packages(I waited at home two days waiting for her delivery), because my front gate is locked. I then requested by phone for them to be redelivered and asked for her to please honk at gate so I can go out and meet her. I waited half the day and still no packages! I was told I had to go 20miles round trip to pick them up! Years ago, the postmaster informed me that as long as the carrier had a weed/shrub free, and safe driveway entrance up to my gate, that she could pull in there and honk to let me know about my package deliveries. But this carrier won't do this! I've even waved at her by the side of the road occasionally and she will not even glance my way! Why is it, that after the "postal probation" period after hiring, that workers begin slacking on their government job?!? This world is so full of inconsiderate people...it's so sad that this behavior is so close to home.
